Refund Policy


Please note, our policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as return authorization. To request return authorization, contact us at A copy of the receipt/proof of purchase and return authorization must be sent with the return item. Fail to include the required documents may cause denial of your refund/exchange request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We reserve the rights to reject refund/exchange request if:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is damaged during return transit due to inadequate protection of the return item
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 15 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at with your order number and return authorization number.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Promotional discounts are subject to be FINAL SALE items.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit or order processing error. If you believe your order is damaged during transit, photo proof must be sent to us within 5 days of delivery. Fail to do so will result denial of your exchange request. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for return authorization. 

Send your item along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase AND return authorization to Ruff Ruff Shop, C/O J&H Company LLC, 1420 NW Gilman Blvd., Ste #9041, Issaquah, WA 98027, USA.

All shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. No return shipping labels will be provided with your package.

Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will not be accepted. 

All returns must be sent via traceable method. Ruff Ruff Shop does not take any responsibility for any loss item during transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Order Cancellation 
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun. Please contact to check if cancellation is possible.
